Offline-first digital signage

Screens that never go dark.

Most signage platforms stream from the cloud, so one dropped connection means a blank display. Vyncast stores content on every screen — it keeps playing through the outage and catches up on its own.

Why Vyncast

Built for networks that can't afford a blank screen

A screen showing nothing is worse than no screen at all. Vyncast is designed so that the network, not the display, is the thing that fails.

Keeps running offline

Content downloads to each screen in advance. Lose connectivity and playback carries on exactly as scheduled, then syncs when it returns.

See every screen live

Pull a real screenshot from any display on demand. Know what is actually on the glass without sending anyone to look.

Scales to any network

One screen or ten thousand. Group by site, region or brand, and give each team access to only what they manage.

The problem

What actually breaks screen networks

It is rarely the content. It is everything around it.

Dropped connections

Cloud-streamed players blank the moment the link goes. Branches, transport hubs and remote sites are where it happens most.

Nobody notices failures

A frozen or switched-off screen can run for weeks before anyone reports it — usually a customer, not your team.

Manual updates

Re-uploading the same price change to fifty screens is how signage quietly becomes somebody's full-time job.

Features

Everything you need to run a screen network

A complete content management system — not a media player with a web page bolted on.

Plays through outages

Content is stored on each screen. Connection drops, playback continues.

Device health monitoring

Temperature, CPU, memory, storage and uptime from every player, with alerts.

Dayparting & scheduling

Breakfast menu until 11, promotions in the evening. Set once, runs itself.

Data-driven content

Drive prices, stock or queue numbers from a file or live feed. Update data, not design.

Many sites, one login

Group screens by branch, city or brand. Each manager sees only their own.

Emergency takeover

Override every screen instantly with a notice, then return to normal in a click.

Layouts & templates

Split a screen into zones — video, menu, ticker, clock. Template or custom.

Remote control

Restart a player, change volume or push content everywhere at once.

Proof of play

Every screen reports what it played and when — the reporting advertisers ask for.

Monitoring

Know a screen failed before your customers do

The most expensive signage failure is the silent one — a display frozen on last week's promotion, or quietly switched off at the wall.

  • Live screenshots on demand

See exactly what is on the glass right now, from anywhere.

  • Continuous heartbeat

Miss a few check-ins and the screen is flagged automatically.

  • Hardware telemetry

Overheating players and full storage surface before they blank a screen.

Wherever screens have to stay on

Retail

Promotions, pricing and window displays across every branch.

Restaurants

Menu boards that change by daypart, without touching a screen.

Corporate

Reception, town halls and factory floors kept on one message.

Transport

Departure boards and wayfinding at sites with patchy connectivity.

Getting started

Running in an afternoon

Works with the screens and players you already have. Nothing proprietary to buy from us.

Connect the screen

Install the player on an Android box, PC or Linux device and pair it with a code.

Upload your content

Images, video, menus, tickers. Arrange them into a playlist or a zoned layout.

Set the schedule

Choose which screens show what, and when. Everything downloads automatically.

For resellers & integrators

Sell it as your own platform

If you supply screens, install them or run a signage network for clients, Vyncast gives you a complete content management system to sell under your own brand, at your own price.

FAQ

Straight answers

What happens when the internet goes down?

The screen keeps playing. Content is stored on the device rather than streamed, so scheduled playback continues through the outage. When the connection returns, the player checks in, reports what it played and downloads anything new.

What hardware do I need?

Standard Android media players, Windows PCs or Linux boxes behind any commercial display or TV. There is no proprietary player to buy from us, and in most cases you can keep hardware you already have installed.

How many screens can I run?

From a single display to a network across multiple countries. Screens are grouped by site and region, and staff can be given access to only the locations they manage.

Can I use it under my own brand?

Yes. Vyncast supports white-label deployments for resellers, integrators and agencies — your branding, your clients, each one isolated from the others, with pricing you control.

Can it be self-hosted?

Yes. Run it on our infrastructure, or deploy it on your own servers where data residency, procurement rules or internal policy require it.

What does it cost?

Pricing is per screen per month and scales down as your network grows. Tell us roughly how many screens you run and we will quote you directly.
